Description

For more than 8 centuries, vines have been grown, and wine made at Abbaye de Valmagne.  The heritage, passion and know-how is clearly evident in their wines to this day.

Vitrail is the Abbaye de Valmagne’s entrée de gamme, meaning entry level, wine.  The beautiful labels are inspired by the Abbey’s stained-glass windows, and if you ever get the chance to visit the Abbaye de Valmagne, keep an eye out, because you might be able to spot the window that appears on this bottle!

A blend of Syrah, Grenache, Carignan and Morrastel, there’s nothing entry level about this organic IGP Pays d’Oc at all, with some very old vines forming part of the blend and bringing oodles of character and complexity to this outstanding value-for-money bottle.  You’ll find spices, herbs, jammy fruit, cocoa, and maybe even a hint of smokiness.
